Emmy nominaties voor animatie

Gisteren is de lijst met nominaties voor de jaarlijkse Emmy-uitreiking bekend gemaakt. Deze prijs kan je zien als de Oscars voor producties voor de televisie. Twee van de categorieën zijn volledig in het teken van de animatieserie, namelijk “Beste geanimeerde programma korter dan een uur” en “Beste geanimeerde programma langer dan een uur”.

• Hellboy Animated: Sword Of Storms • Starz Media in association with Revolution Studios
• Secrets Of The Deep • Impossible Pictures in association with Discovery Channel
• Where’s Lazlo? (Camp Lazlo) • Cartoon Network Studios

Naast deze categorieën is er ook nog een nominatie voor de aflevering “Peter’s Two Dads” van Family Guy voor beste originele muziek en songtekst.
